Congress joked about the Y2K problem's origin, politicians spending tax payer's billions for themselves, "political system" my U.S. Military leadership ends! Saying people don't care what is good for them. As dictator I deal with the problems facing this country. I figured out "Y2k" as good as anyone. But politicians lie and misled the people until their money is worthless for fraudulent reasons using tax dollars for subverting the national security with treaties and economic policies job security for every White American male they swindle, wherever they buy their food from their families, so racial profiling is a White Militia order. And whatever the American soldier can take from their enemies take, or call in the jets.  

Here I have one of the possible ways for correcting the "Y2K" problem, concerning a year 2000 date Vs. a 00 through 99 computer date perception of time, in 1999. Add a second in date counting in computers for the transition into a new century, that will have to pick up all over again another new business year as usual, for all of the computer time in use.

For space ship industry and bunker building Americans are called up for military action in an ethnic cleansing, so American fighters each get a choice of their enemies homes and things to take from aliens, in battles, to divide up all of the spoils of victory for removing aliens from American soil. With me in power the U.S. Citizens take their enemies property and things as booty, to draw lots for among the soldiers, and expropriate for the National Treasury the enemies accounts in a social upheaval. Confiscating the enemies things to collect together in warehouses, food and other valuables to stockpile from the battles, until Final Victory is achieved! So by U.S. Military and Militia force America is thinned out to only White Americans. Violent change suffices in desperate times, where there is no peaceful solution. American labor in my socioeconomic government system despoils it's enemies and aliens, so American citizens get paid in gold and silver in a National Bank for the people. Every available citizen of the United States, and every kindred kind thereof in other Western countries, fight a civil war under my leadership. War only to preserve and prosper Western man, united so Majorities make the rules in opinion polls on everything. 

No need to scrap embedded computer chip data storing cards from reading a 1900 date in two digits. 1900 turns to 2000 in computers + 1 second, 9 turns to 10 so 19 becomes 20!

I don't have to be a "geek" with computer savvy to know that "Y2K" was a political scam, taking so many billions of tax dollars to make computers count a different hundred years.

Just for the record, on my Y2K solution as Leader, the new millennium began on all of the computer equipment, there was no time for my time changing on electronics, U.S. armed forces got it fixed. My military time would hinge on setting equipment so 01/01/@0 equals the year 2000 (01/01/00), that only needed adding 1 second to 1999 for it to turn 2000. 

After 1900 computer time, since a computer is half alive a creature of habit coming up with an "@" all of the time to mean that information is somehow different beginning there, the 24hr 99 year centuries will end in @ -- plus a second. Where to begin a New Century from 1999 computers are sure to conceive of an @ to really mean the date 2000 referred to is anything but 1900 counts up to 2000. So 01/01/@0 is actually the year 2000, that immediately follows 1900. As 1 second begins a New Year with another 24 hours in 2000! 

On the same line beside the 1999 "date and time" in the lower right hand corner of every Web page express it in so many days hours and seconds of a countdown to the New Year 2000, ending with an "@0" to 1999 to conclude 1900 on 01/01/@0, so computers and the computer chips all recognize 2000 as the date 01/01/@0=2000. The century 1900 ending at "00" a second to the year 2000, on 01/01/@0= "2000", which certainly is not in 1900! 

When 01/01/00 is reached for the "countdown" mo/d/yr hours minutes and seconds to "2000=01/01/@0" the prefix countdown "mo/d/yr hours and minutes to" should run out, when the old time system stops counting and the new date "2000=01/01/@0" to the right of it starts to count up the seconds of day 1 in 2000! Electronics presently run by the double digit computer system then ends working as usual can count time in double digits. 

Here Y2K "Fix" would work only if everything time dated on electronics ends year 1999 at:

to 2000=01/01/@0 

Millennium Conversion

01/01/@0=2000 is  

EXPLANATION:  Beginning on New Years Day in the above box for time, time goes forward from 1999 to 2000 including leap years every year into the future.  Where if this computer year @0 computer time dating method were programmed into every computer the @ would be around for converting century changes forever. Where "Y2K" never needed tax dollars in a computer overhaul fixing program to replace "embedded" computer chips in planes and things, when 1900 could last forever, so the world stays forever within 100 years over and over again if that could happen. But century changed in the first second of 2000, and time 01/01/@00 ended the counting to 2000 in the countdown box. 2000 began at 00 days, 00 hours, 00 minutes, 00 seconds, left of 1900 concurrently started the Millennium Conversion time ticker at 00 days, 00 hours, 00 minutes, 01 seconds in 2000! The rich might as well all start over in the 1900's. Computers now in a 21st century where I have to with Power by Default replace the social and economic systems in America with a National Company, so Majority opinions bury the killed vandals.

If computers could reason in 1900 repeating at the end of 1999 that would mean computers cannot count up to 2000! So embedded chips would only conflict with political conspiracies: Federal government a political scam to spend billions of tax payer's dollars profits politicians.
